Pricing of these custom-designed and baked items are dependent on two things: Ingredients and labor. We only use the freshest and highest quality ingredients: eggs from naturally-raised chickens, cake flour, organic milk, european-style butter, etc. Furthermore, we bake our cakes and cookies, and make our fillings, frosting and truffles with the greatest care and culinary skill that comes with experience. Finally, putting together a cake is extremely labor-intensive. Much has to be done to form each tier, even before the fondant gets laid on, or any decorations go on the cake. All of our decorations are hand-made. Depending on how sophisticated the design is, we may have to labor longer and more intensely. These are the factors we use to try and determine a fair price.
Cakes
There is a minimum order of $250. Tiered cakes start at $5/slice. In general, most cakes range from about $7-$12/slice.
3D or sculpted cakes are individually priced and dependent on the project/design. They start at $300.
We deliver to the entire New York City Area, including parts of Long Island, the Hudson Valley and New Jersey. Our clients are always welcome to pick-up their order as they wish. Some orders may require delivery for professional assembly reasons.
