So Brooklyn Cake is ready to help you make that one step easier by taking care of your wedding cake details from start to finish. We pay special attention to each part of the process from the design, to flavors and delivery and set up. Our style and skill are also versatile from simple and elegant wedding cakes to modern and striking. Whatever the case, we plan on creating a show-stopper for your wedding. We can also replicate any design you’ve seen and work with you on customizing it for your event needs. We take pride in accommodating and working with most budgets and most cake styles, whether it’s classic buttercream wedding cakes or one covered in fondant. The Process
First let us know when your wedding date is and how many servings you are looking for. Please also let us know if you have a specific theme or design idea in mind or if you are working with a specific budget.
Once we have established this first part, we can schedule a tasting and meet in person. At this point, we can confirm or further discuss any design details.
A few weeks before the big day, we will take care of any details which may include final design, flavors and number of servings.
Then on the day of the wedding or day of your choosing, we will deliver and set up your stunning cake!
Wedding Cupcakes & favors
Wedding cupcakes are a more cost-effective way of outfitting your wedding reception. We provide cupcake towers with a slicing cake for the bride and groom. Let us design a beautiful slicing cake and coordinate your cupcakes to match!
French Macarons
We can also specialize in French macarons, which can provide as favors or as beautiful tower for display. Each favor contains 2 macarons cookies in a cellophane bag tied with a ribbon of your choice. We can further customize your favors with monograms on either the cookies themselves or tags tied to the ribbon.
French macaron towers (or croquembouches) are perfect for complimenting your dessert table or as the main feature for your event. These towers are very easy to customize for you event and design needs. Choose your colors and flavors, decide if you want ribbon, designer paper underneath, gumpaste flowers, other appliques like hearts etc. Add base tiers, either styrofoam or real cake for additional design and decoration options.
